Do you struggle with your creative process?
Do "foolproof" methods drop off after a week? Are there walls of shame around something you know you enjoy?
Find your way to do what you love
I give you permission to explore without shame and stigma, so you can learn how to give yourself permission. Create how you want, set the pace that works for you, and be proud of what you make.
Is your ADHD an obstacle?
Do you resent the lack of motivation? Do you sit there telling yourself to do what you love, or do something productive, just do anything at all? Do you get around to things only to leave them unfinished?
Learn how to work with it, not against it
This is a space for reflection and education, to learn how your brain works, and what methods will work for you-- not me, not everyone else, but you.
Do you have goals but no steps?
Are goals far off dreams and what-ifs with no measurable way to get there? Are you excited to start a new project and burn out with no direction?
Find strategies to achieve
Regular coaching means consistency that works for your brain. I provide accountability with no judgement, reflection on pitfalls and celebration of successes
About Me
Ari Zanetta (they/them)
I couldn't call myself a "functional adult" without ADHD Coaching; the end of my sessions left me feeling ready for the transition, and I'm a firm believer of "you never feel ready, do it anyway." I want to pay that transformative change forward, to you!
I'm a coach starting out, working towards accreditation from the ICF. My art of choice is writing, but given my ADHD, I have a fascination with all forms of creative expression. If I had the time and executive functioning skills to be the best writer, musician, film director, comic artist, and painter, I'd be all over that. But instead, I want to help other ADHD creatives thrive.
Be it writing, art, music, film, from fiber arts to sculpting, from bedroom beats to band practice, to the wide wide world of video game development; if you love to create yet can't make yourself do what you love, I'm here to help you re-cultivate that joy.
